Corporate and Adventure Experience

Olivier Soudieux has 10 years of experience as a successful project manager for IT service companies. He has managed teams for international projects and coordinated 24/7 operational IT solutions on three continents at the same time.

In 2001, he and 9 other climbers became the second team ever to reach the summit of Mount Himlung Himal (7,126 metres or 23,380 feet high).

In May 2004, after spending a year crossing the Himalayas on foot, he did solo ascensions up five summits, two of them cresting 6,000 meters or 20,000 feet.

Olivier is currently planning a winter kite-skiing expedition through Quebec that includes a 2,000 km / 1,300 mile itinerary in -30°C / -22°F temperatures. He will also be providing logistical support to a group of hearing-impaired adventurers on an expedition that will come within 1,000 km of the North Pole.

Author of a book about his trip through the Himalayas entitled "Le Chemin des Cimes" (The Pathway to the Summits), Olivier has co-directed a movie by the same name, which garnered four film awards.

Olivier Soudieux has lectured at over 300 speaking engagements and given scores of corporate training sessions across Europe and North America. He is a member of the Global Speakers Federation and its French affiliate.
