Olivier Mace

Olivier Macé has one passion, the human element, and has devoted it to the theatre for the last ten years.

To his credit, he has directed more than 30 plays, quite a number of successful popular ones on Paris private stage, and got all his peers acknowledgement (7 times nominated for the Molières, one of which was the Molière for the best play, for "Ladies" Night)

He has a steadfast concern of offering funny, moving and socially linked plays.
Among these plays « Le Squat », « Ladies Night », « Les Amazones », « Les Héritiers », « Love, Valour, Compassion », « Les Mains Sales », « Monsieur Amédée », « Un Homme Parfait », « Faut-il tuer le clown », « Quadrille », « Les Demoiselles d'Avignon », etc...and had the pleasure of directing famous actors and actresses : Michel Galabru, Michel Roux, Bernadette Laffont, Alexandra Stewart, Agnès Soral, Claude Gensac, Chantal Ladesou, Danièle Evenou, Jean-Pierre Castaldi, Philippine Leroy-Baulieu, Caroline Tresca, Gabrielle Lazure, Marthe Mercadier, Jean-Pierre Kalfon, Jane Manson, Sonia Dubois, Patrick Préjean, Olivier Marchal, Catherine Allégret, Annie Cordy, Geneviève Fontanel

In the same time, he has also worked as an actor in many plays, to keep in touch : « Love, Valour, Compassion », « Clémentine », « Les Mains Sales », « La dame de chez Maxim's, and various films: La crise, L'affaire Seznec, Germinal, ..

As a doctor of optical physics, he has managed an advanced research laboratory for 5 years, but very quickly understood that he had a different aim in life. He then started a career in Company management for more than 10 years, and became a consultant in organization management, risk management and human resources management.

He then took action in most French and world big Firms (Total, Aventis, Philipp Morris, Atofina, Arcelor, Chanel, Mars, Danone,) and coached dozens of executives and employees to managing technics. He also worked for personal and Company coaching: oral expression, individual improving methods, self confidence, self occupational assessment.

Both his experience in Company management and as a director enable him to use his abilities today in helping actors and private individuals by his directing and coaching:
